Technical inspection of buildings and structures allows to determine the prospects of their further operation and their current state. This inspection reveals existing defects and possible damage to structures that can lead to an emergency situation, as well as complete or partial destruction of the object. Along with the inspection of the technical condition of buildings and structures, the inspection of engineering networks and surrounding areas can be carried out.
The data collected as a result of technical inspections are used to analyze the technical condition of objects. A special report is prepared based on the results of the expert assessment.
