Examination of raw materials (or technological expertise) - research to establish the conformity of the manufacturing process to the technological mode of production, as well as research to determine the possibility of placing goods under the customs regime of processing in (non) customs territory of Ukraine under customs control.
During the examination of raw materials, our expert institution determines:
- norms of yield of the finished product in terms of quantity and quality in the processing of certain types of raw materials;
- consumption of raw materials upon receipt of a particular product;
- type of raw materials in the processed product;
- the completeness of the use of raw materials in the production of certain goods;
- whether the processing process is a continuous technological process;
- the correct choice of the necessary equipment, devices, models, tools, location of production facilities, etc.;
- technology of production of the goods presented for research (to specify or confirm);
- place (country) of origin of goods.
In what cases is it held?
Examination of raw materials is carried out in cases where in the process of proof there is a need to establish the facts based on the study of processing, manufacture, change of condition, properties, shape of raw materials, semi-finished material, as well as to determine the possibilities and use in practice the most efficient and economical production technologies.
In this sense, the examination of raw materials can be quite useful in the investigation of embezzlement, official crimes, the production of substandard products.
Examination of raw materials also examines the issues of processing (processing) of raw materials, semi-finished products and products, the technological mode of their transformation into finished products, product compliance with technological standards for quantitative and qualitative composition, raw materials and additional materials used, and the nature and sequence of technological processes. , selection of the necessary equipment, devices, models, working tools, placement of equipment within individual shops, etc.
What issues are being addressed?
The following issues can be solved by technological expertise in relation to each of the branches of production:
- What should be the quantitative and qualitative composition of finished products?
- How and on what equipment are these products made?
- Which company is its manufacturer?
- Does the finished product meet the standards, specifications, samples? If not, what changes in its production technology have led to this?
- Are the raw material consumption rates correct?
- Are the costs of raw materials at actual costs in specific conditions correct and admissible depending on the equipment of the enterprise, qualification of employees, quality of raw materials?
- Were there any violations of accounting for production savings, which were formed as a result of the introduction of new technological equipment at the enterprise, the use of new types of raw materials?
- What deviations from the technological process took place, and how did they affect the quality and yield of products, the formation of natural losses? How often and what caused it?
- Is it possible at this enterprise, in addition to the accounted products, due to certain changes in the technological process to produce unaccounted products and in what volumes?
- How many products can be made additionally from the raw materials written off according to the documents in comparison with the posted number of products?
