The cost of repairing a vehicle is defined as the monetary cost required to repair a damaged, disassembled vehicle. We estimate the value of the vehicle mainly using the valuation base, which corresponds to the market value. In turn, the market value of the vehicle takes into account its completeness, staffing and actual technical condition, service life, mileage, conditions in which it was operated (stored), the peculiarities of the market in the region. According to the principles of change in value, demand and supply, the value of the market value is a variable over time, a value that depends on fluctuations in market prices for vehicles and its components.
In which cases is it prescribed?
a) determination of the market value of vehicles, their components in case of alienation;
b) determining the starting price of vehicles for sale at auction or tender;
c) determining the value of the vehicle as an object of collateral;
d) determining the value of the vehicle as part of the property of individuals for its declaration;
e) determination of the value of vehicles for insurance by individuals and legal entities;
f) determination of material damages caused to the owner in case of damage to the vehicle;
g) determination of the cost of overhaul of the vehicle;
h) determining the value of the vehicle for resolving property disputes;
i) determining the value of arrested, confiscated or declared homeless vehicles, their components in case of forced sale;
j) determination of the value of the vehicle, its components imported into the customs territory of Ukraine;
k) determining the value of a separate vehicle as part of fixed assets of legal entities;
l) in other cases, in the case of determining the value of a separate vehicle to establish the amount of mandatory payments to the budget.
What is the procedure, how to order?
For expert examination and forensic examination (at the request of the party to the case)
1) Provide us with data for the study (by filling out the form on the website or in person at the branch or send by e-mail).
2) Get a package of documents to order a study (draft application, contract).
3) Sign the application, contract, make payment in full (in the office or remotely).
4) Agree on the date and time of inspection of the car.
5) After review and preparation of the conclusion to receive result of research.
For forensic examination (appointed by the court)
1) File a petition for the appointment of an examination.
2) Get a court decision on the appointment of automotive expertise to the experts of our organization.
3) After receiving the materials, we receive an invoice to pay for the study and make payment in full.
4) Provide the car for inspection.
5) After review and preparation of the conclusion the result of research will be sent to court where you will be able to get acquainted with it.
Where is the car inspected?
In the case of vehicle assessment, there are no special requirements for the place of inspection. The inspection can be carried out in the parking lot, parking lot, in the yard or other place where there will be sufficient lighting and space for inspection of the car.
How to conduct an examination without inspecting the car?
Subject to the following conditions. The investigation should be conducted as a forensic examination (ie by court order or at the request of the party to the case). Documents (information) must be provided in an amount sufficient to answer the questions without inspecting the car.
